Hiring Enthusiastic Hotel Receptionist – Full Time

We are looking for an enthusiastic Hotel Receptionist!

About the role: As a hotel receptionist, you are the face of our hotel. Your responsibilities include welcoming guests, checking them in and out, handling bookings, answering questions, and ensuring our guests have a memorable experience. This is a full-time position involving both day and evening shifts, as well as weekends.
We are looking for you who are driven, self-sufficient, enjoy working with people, and have previous experience as a hotel receptionist.
You must be at least 20 years old, as this is a requirement according to the Swedish Alcohol Act (2010:1622), Chapter 8, Section 18, to be responsible for alcohol service.
You must be fluent in both Swedish and English.
Previous experience in hotel reception is required, and experience with major hotel management systems is a plus.
